摘要: Modifications of leucine transport system mouse oocytes have been studied throughout Graafian follicle development and oocyte maturation. In contrast to sheep (Moor Smith, 1979), in the kinetic constants efflux rate did not vary diestrus, proestrus, metaphase II (met II) oocytes. However, kinetics equilibration proestrus met was significantly slower than that found diestrus cells, this may reflect a decreased availability internal amino acids for exchange.
