摘要: Driving drum uses friction force to transfer power in belt conveyor. By means of bionic technology, the surface morphology driving drum's flexible cladding was researched increase frictional traction this paper. Taking tree frog and katydid as biological prototypes, structural features adhesion mechanisms their epidermal pad attachment organs were studied. Imitating shape structure pads, based on principle function bionics, four new morphologies drum’s bush designed. The behavior contacting simulated with finite element analysis software. results contact show that bushes can generate embedding interlocking effect during process. form be changed from plane or cambered meshing enhance drums.
