摘要: Abstract To determine the impact of environmental UV radiation on critical processes our biosphere demands accurate and reliable monitoring systems that weight spectral irradiance according to biological responses under consideration. The need for weighting solar derives from highly wavelength-specific absorption characteristics atmospheric ozone wavelength specificity action spectra in UVB range. degree which effectiveness increase with stratospheric depletion is determined by shape spectrum phenomenon In principle, three different approaches quantifying biologically effective are available: (1) weighted spectroradiometry where radiometric quantities derived data multiplication an a relevant photobiological reaction, e.g. erythema formation, DNA damage, skin cancer or reduced productivity terrestrial plants aquatic ecosystems; (2) wavelength-integrating chemical physical dosimetric sensitivities similar response curve; (3) dosimeters directly incident components sunlight relation wavelengths interactions between them. most cases, simple applied, such as bacteria, bacteriophages biomolecules. Induction rates lethality, mutagenesis photoproduct formation used, reflect sensitivity DNA. Biological potentially field measuring integrated key targets, provided direct intercalibration spectroradiometric-based measurements applied.
