摘要: The trend to search novel microbial natural biocides has recently been increasing in order avoid the environmental pollution from use of synthetic pesticides. Among these are bioactive secondary metabolites Burkholderia gladioli pv. agaricicola (Bga). aim this study is determine antifungal activity Bga strains against some phytopathogenic fungi. fungicidal tests were carried out using cultures and cell-free culture filtrates Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus flavus, niger, Penicillium digitatum, expansum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Phytophthora cactorum. Results demonstrated that all tested exert studied fungi by producing diffusible which correlated with their ability produce extracellular hydrolytic enzymes. All significantly reduced growth bacterial cells more than filtrates. Bulkholderia produced volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inhibited fungal rate Fusarium oxysporum Rhizoctonia solani. GC/MS analysis VOCs emitted strain 11096 indicated presence a compound was identified as 1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexene, liquid hydrocarbon classified cyclic terpene. This could be responsible for activity, also agreement work other authors.
