摘要: Summary The morphological features of striatal projection neurons and the responses these to electrical stimulation substantia nigra were studied in rats through methods intracellular recording labeling with enzyme horseradish peroxidase. Under urethane anesthesia, single first analyzed for responsiveness nigral stimuli then filled electrophoretically order permit subsequent serial reconstruction. axon medium spiny neuron was found form an extensive collateral plexus within striatum before entering globus pallidus or internal capsule. These responded monosynaptic excitation.
