An investigation into the aging behavior of CoCrMo alloys fabricated by selective laser melting

摘要: Abstract This work aimed to investigate the martensitic transformation and precipitation of CoCrMo alloys fabricated by selective laser melting (SLM) under aging heat treatment. SLM-fabricated alloy was a mixture γ-phase e-phase, content about 70%. The e-phase increased with time. A nearly pure achieved at 900 °C for 10 h in part. After treatment short-time, microhardness parts decreased comparing AS-SLM probably due disappearance honeycomb precipitates. EDS results showed that those granular precipitates SLM900 SLM750 are M23C6. M23C6 enhanced microhardness. Specimens highest were obtained 10 h. result established relationship between process, microstructure
