摘要: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) belong to noncoding and are widely expressed in a variety of cell species, including cancers. However, the function mechanism circRNAs colorectal cancer (CRC) has not been well investigated. Here, we firstly downloaded analyzed circRNA expression profile CRC from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. And identified 181 differentially between 10 pairs adjacent normal tissues. Interestingly, observed that hsa_circRNA_000166 was top increased among these circRNAs. Then, confirmed an upregulation tissues lines higher associated with poor 5-year survival rate patients CRC. Next, investigated during progression by knocking down its expression. Cell growth apoptosis assay revealed regulated lines. Furthermore, targeted miR-326/LASP1 pathway using bioinformatics analysis luciferase reporter assay. Finally, suppression miR-326 or overexpression LASP1 could sufficiently rescue aberrant Taken together, our results indicated downregulation inhibited facilitated development sponging pathway.
