摘要: Abstract An experimental investigation was conducted with a desalination plant using the aero-evapo-condensation process. The present unit consists of falling film evaporator and condenser made polypropylene. It designed to work at low temperatures (70–90°C) specially use geothermal energy. influence different thermal hydrodynamic parameters on performance investigated. results showed that increases inlet hot water air temperatures. On other hand, it observed decreases when velocity liquid flow rate increase. A critical corresponding breakdown determined. At this value maximum amount evaporated obtained. Since validation any needs an economic evaluation, average cost estimated. According result, process compared techniques. found energy required by is relatively high. shown in arid semi-arid areas, which have important resources brackish water, very interesting.
