摘要: Despite numerous investigations of lead zirconium titanate compounds, little information exists about the microscopic structure precursors in solution and their changes course sol-gel process. This fact is not astonishing, since common methods physical chemistry, like molecular weight determination, IR- NMR-spectroscopy, conductivity measurements etc. do provide direct precursor structure. X-ray absorption spectroscopy, however, a powerful method for studying local environment metal atoms liquid amorphous materials. Nevertheless, this was rarely applied to study process until late nineties [Malic et al. (J Mater Res 12:2602, 1997)]. In chapter, EXAFS spectroscopical on sol-gel-based systems, appropriate thin film manufacturing via CSD, are presented. After short introduction theory practice, we give an overview classical namely binary systems (PT) zirconate (PZ), ternary (PZT) quaternary titanate, doped with lanthanum (PLZT). All these form ferroelectric perovskite-type films. Our will close outlook new materials produced by CSD interesting high-temperature superconductors (HTS).
