摘要: In as-hydrolyzed amorphous precursors of Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) ceramics with various Zr/Ti ratios prepared from lead acetate and transition metal n-butoxides in parent alcohol medium the local environment constituent atoms has been determined by EXAFS. The zirconium atom high-Zr consists distorted octahedra oxygen all bonds made up Zr–O–Zr links. For low-Zr a smaller distortion is observed, two Ti are found second shell. titanium almost independent ratio, five first shell neighbors. Lead contain coordination Pb–O–M (M = Zr, Ti) links identified precursors: former at 75/25 latter lower ratios. Although pronounced tendency for homocondensation species down to 50/50 heterometallic (Pb–O–M) PZT precursors.
