摘要: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate effect acute (abrupt restriction muscular activity) and rigorous bed-rest conditions on urinary plasma calcium changes in endurance trained volunteers. studies were performed 30 long distance runners ages 23–25 who had a peak oxygen uptake 66.0 mL/min/kg run 14.0 km/d average prior their participation study. volunteers divided into three groups: first group under normal ambulatory (control subjects), second subjected an regime (acute bedrested third submitted (rigorous subjects). groups kept bed rest for 7 d. During pre-bed-rest period during actual periods periods), excretion parathyroid hormone (PTH) concentrations determined. 1st d periods, concentration increased significantly (P≤0.05), while content decreased (P≤0.05). On 3rd experimental period, somewhat, 7th d, urine further, somewhat again period. more pronounced than conditions. It concluded that exposure induces greater serum
