摘要: Modern cryoablation has been performed in solid tumor management for more than two decades. Following the surgical spirits, it seems natural to pursue radical procedures clinical practice, which results unnecessary adverse effects. The attempt use non-extended procedure made some marked achievements practice but was criticized severely, because supposed induce residual tumors, would trigger rapid development of cancer. Oncologists favored this procedure, however, claiming that let lung cancer patients have higher quality lives and longer survivals, light observations. Therefore, study conducted trying solve controversy. In study, fifty female C57BL/6J mice were grafted green fluorescent protein (GFP)-labeled Lewis randomized into groups. bidirectional diameters fluorescence intensity body weight recorded. Two weeks after intervention, volumes increased 20.95% group, significantly different from control group; decreased 49.85% group 125.07% group. Lung metastases could be observed only 20% cryosurgery contrasted 64% does marginal residuals, will not development. Inversely, cells are severely struck suppressed intervention. It a new strategy management, even early stage.
