摘要: During bone maintenance in vivo, estrogen signals through receptor (ER)-α. The objectives of this study were to investigate the temporal expression ERα36 and ascertain its functional relevance during osteogenesis human marrow derived stromal cells (BMSC). This was assessed relation runt-related transcription factor-2 (runx2), a main modulatory protein involved formation. runx2 subcellular localisation using immunocytochemistry, their mRNA levels by real time PCR throughout process osteogenesis. osteogenically induced BMSCs demonstrated rise proliferation followed decline at day 10, which represents change dynamics within culture between proliferative stage differentiative stage. profile mirrored that showed degree co-localisation with ERα36. suggests is BMSCs, has implications deficient environments.
