摘要: Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) has revolutionized the treatment of infrarenal abdominal aneurysms; however, as many 45 % aneurysms are not amenable to standard EVAR due inadequate sealing zone or involvement visceral segment aorta. For these patients, advanced endovascular techniques have been developed that allow incorporation vessels into while maintaining flow either via stents with open surgical debranching. Fenestrated currently available in USA part clinical trial investigational device protocols “surgeon modifications” for urgent compassionate usage. Successful suprarenal juxtarenal using requires careful planning based, high-quality intraoperative imaging, and a high level expertise.
