摘要: Abstract The analgesia-producing mechanism of processed Aconiti tuber was examined using rodents whose nociceptive threshold decreased by loading repeated cold stress (RCS). antinociceptive effect (0.3 g/kg, p.o.) in RCS-loaded mice antagonized pretreatment with a /r-opioid antagonist, nor-binaltorphimine (10 mg/kg, s.c.), and abolished an intrathecal injection anti-dynorphin antiserum (5 μg). tuber-induced antinociception inhibited both dexamethasone (0.4 i.p.) dopamine D2 sulpiride i.p.), mice, it eliminated electric lesion the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (HARN) highly selective eticlopride (0.05 μg), administered into HARN rats. These results suggest that analgesic produced via stimulation yc-opioid receptors dynorphin released spinal cord. It also shown were involved expression activity tuber.
