On two Italian Lithobius species described by Silvestri, with taxonomic notes on the genus Eupolybothrus Verhoeff (Chilopoda, Lithobiida)

摘要: A re-examination of the types Lithobius occultus Silvestri, 1894, and excellens from Italy, has shown that two are based on specimens same species which takes name Eupolybothrus (Schizopolybothrus) (Silvestri, 1894), is probably most closely related to E. tabularum (Verhoeff, 1937). tentative survey subgenera genus Verhoeff, 1907, given, a new subgenus, Leptopolybothrus nov. subgen., type-species leptopus Latzel, 1880, erected.
