摘要: Endotoxin is a toxic, pro-inflammatory compound that has been detected in indoor air and dust homes occupational settings, also outdoor air. Data on the sampling of endotoxin are limited. Currently, little known about seasonal variation influence temperature levels. In present study, we report levels fine fraction particulate matter with 50% aerodynamic cutoff diameter 2.5 μm (PM2.5) describe Munich, Germany. 1999–2000, PM2.5 was collected at forty monitoring sites across Munich. Approximately four samples were each site for total 158 samples. concentrations determined using kinetic chromogenic Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay. The geometric mean concentration 1.07 EU mg PM2.5−1 (95% C.I.: 0.915–1.251) or 0.015 m−3 sampled (95% 0.013–0.018). Munich significantly related to ambient (p < 0.0001) percent relative humidity 0.0001). Sampling periods higher average temperatures yielded PM2.5 (r = 0.641), whereas decreases associated increased PM2.5 (r = −0.388). during warmer seasons spring [means ratio (MR): 2.5–2.7] summer (MR: 2.1–3.0) than winter. Although do not explain all variability levels, their effects significant our data set. Temperature should be considered future studies endotoxin.
