摘要: To compare between the recent US ventures capital financing (VCF) to that of Indian VCF. The paper also attempts extract perceptional differences FI’s towards VCF operating in country. Design/methodology/approach- A comparison operations and this context has been pursued. 2 states i.e. Karnataka Assam have studied on various aspects VCF, followed by comparing findings there from with periods ranging 1990 2006. Findings- It is observed convergence maturity acceleration growth attained during 1990s. Despite a discernible India since 2000 onwards, venture investments enterprises both early expansion stages significantly less diffusive than US. Research Limitations/ Implications- study considered 6 VCFs 12 respectively out 56 entities recognized SEBI. Originality/Value- signifies operational input however, can be used improve modalities operation
