摘要: The information technology (IT) cluster in Bangalore, India has developed substantially since the liberalisation reforms introduced 1991. This development been underpinned by government support and a labour arbitrage strategy that seeks to carve out share of large IT services markets Europe USA. More recently, however, these costs have rising opening up opportunities for foreign service rivals places such as Eastern China. With waning, we believe Bangalore needs realign its towards higher-value exports growing domestic market. In order work, number critical are needed allow industry adjust. Most, if not all, require public sector it is here where most intractable changes necessary.
