摘要: Angular-dependent x-ray magnetic circular dichroism experiments are performed on Ni/Pt multilayers at the Ni ${L}_{2,3}$ edges under fields up to 50 kG a temperature of 10 K. By rotating applied field away from easy axis decrease ratio orbital-to-spin moment ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{L}/{\ensuremath{\mu}}_{S}$ is observed for perpendicularly magnetized layers which show considerable anisotropy energy (\ensuremath{\approx}20 \ensuremath{\mu}eV/atom). Saturation effects in recorded spectra, depending both thicknesses and Pt, shown lead into erroneous conclusions determination they have be considered analysis. An Ni-orbital $\ensuremath{\Delta}{\ensuremath{\mu}}_{L}$ as large 22% ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{L}$ determined. demonstrated origin $3d$ ferromagnetic elements.
