摘要: Background A hypercoagulable state is often associated with an acute stroke in cerebrovascular disease (CVD). However, Binswanger (BD), no information available on the coagulation-fibrinolysis pathway except for presence of high plasma fibrinogen levels. Objective To determine association BD and activation. Patients Methods We examined levels fibrinogen, thrombin-antithrombin complex, prothrombin fragment 1+2 , cross-linked D-dimer 17 patients BD, 24 neurologic without CVD, 26 lacunar infarction either or chronic stage. Results As compared non-CVD groups, had significantly elevated complex ( P In contrast, 9 a subacute aggravation their focal subcortical cerebral functions (deteriorating group) showed significant increase stable were deteriorating patients, but this trend did not reach statistical significance. Conclusions These results indicate that activated aggravation. Coagulation activation may result formation microthrombi microcirculatory disturbances brains these thus promote further biological insults.
