摘要: Biological applications of AFM in the liquid medium make behavior probe very important to investigate. This study analyzes effect hysteresis and mass on dynamics rectangular dagger micro cantilevers (MC) medium. To this end, MCS theory was used for modeling MC. The model considered changes cross section a zinc oxide piezoelectric layer between two electrode layers. beam type elements selected based finite element method (FEM) basis Euler-Bernoulli theory. Fluid effects its forces change vibration system. Simplified models have been proposed implement relationships. Several types fluid were examined determine frequency time delay. Hysteresis causes phase delay response slight increase amplitude air media. difference depends which it is placed; more viscous dense medium, less will be.
