摘要: The present work elaborates an approach to process GPS Trajectory data obtained from Low Cost Logger (HOLUX M1000C) determine average link speed of specific vehicle. raw trajectories are preprocessed remove outliers and GIS analysis tools used for associating the Road Network. A tool is developed using VBA ARCObjects determining based on minimum coverage percentage. applied Fire Emergency Vehicles Allahabad Civil Lines Station.
