摘要: Aufgrund hoher Verordnungszahlen und der haufigen Selbstmedikation mit rezeptfrei erhaltlichen Nichtopioidanalgetika ist die Berucksichtigung dieser Arzneistoffgruppe bei Beurteilung gesamten Medikation eines individuellen Patienten von Bedeutung. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt grundlegende pharmakologische Kenngrosen charakteristische Nebenwirkungen Analgetika. Eine weitere Einteilung Nichtopioide kann anhand zusatzlich zur Analgesie zu erreichenden Effekte erfolgen. antipyretische antiphlogistische Wirkung weisen dabei Acetylsalicylsaure in analgetischer Dosierung, traditionellen nichtsteroidalen Analgetika/Antiphlogistika sowie Coxibe auf. Metamizol Paracetamol sind Analgetika antipyretischer Wirkung, wobei spasmolytisch wirkt. Rein analgetisch wirken Capsaicin das intrathekal applizierende Ziconotid.
