摘要: Dietary fiber intake benefits individuals with a wide variety of metabolic conditions or gastrointestinal disorders. In the past decade advantages generous intakes have been reported for persons diabetes (Anderson, 1979; Anderson and Chen, Ward, Jenkins et al, 1982), hypercholesterolemia (Anderson 1984), hypertriglyceridemia 1980), obesity al., 1980a), hypertension 1983). Individuals high levels dietary are less likely to develop coronary heart disease (Morriset al1977; Kromhout 1982; Liu 1982) colon cancer (Bingham 1979) than their neighbors low-fiber intakes. The role in prevention (Trowell, 1975) management 1979, has studied extensively. This review will examine effects on glucose lipid metabolism lean diabetic individuals.
