摘要: Ultrasensitive biosensing is currently a growing demand that has led to the development of numerous strategies for signal amplification. In this context, unique properties magnetic particles; both nano- and micro-size dimensions; have proved be promising materials coupled with disposable electrodes design cost-effective electrochemical affinity platforms. This review addresses, through discussion selected examples, way micro-magnetic particles (MNPs MMPs; respectively) contributed significantly biosensors, including immuno-, DNA, aptamer other modes. Different aspects such as type particles, assay formats, detection techniques, sensitivity, applicability relevant characteristics are discussed. Research opportunities future trends in field also considered.
