Electrochemical sensing using magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer particles previously captured by a magneto-sensor.

摘要: The determination of 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) was used as a proof-of-concept to simple analytical practical configuration applying magnetic molecularly imprinted particles (mag-MIPs). Mag-MIPs were captured from an emulsion by home-made magneto-sensor (where small magnet entrapped graphite-epoxy composite) and then, this sensor, transferred the solution containing analyte, where, after binding mag-MIPs, analyte directly analysed using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) since acted working electrode. After optimization, detection limit 6.0 μmol L-1 with RSD 2.7% achieved along suitable recoveries selectivity. This methodology offers different approach for electroanalytical methodologies mag-MIPs.
