摘要: We developed and validated an HPLC method for determination of 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) its glutathione conjugate 2,4-dinitrophenyl-S-glutathione (DNP-SG) to study the kinetics mechanisms involved in DNP-SG formation efflux, as a probe human placental metabolism transport. This combines use 3 μm solid phase, rapid mobile phase gradient with dual wavelength ultraviolet detection permit lipophilic parent compound hydrophilic metabolites single short run. The selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, relative recovery stability assay are sufficient determining CDNB, from buffer tissue samples support drug transport studies.
