摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on the genetic and molecular mechanisms of T lymphocyte apoptosis also deals with various phases initiation, execution, degradation lymphocytes. Apoptosis is a regulated (programmed) device for removal superfluous, aged, or damaged cells within immune system, as well in all other organ systems. It fundamental development, throughout embryogenesis, metamorphosis organogenesis, including synaptic interactions neurons, repertoire selection The activation generates lymphocytes that are prone to apoptosis, unless these rescued by IL-2 reside specialized environment. Thus, activated undergo programmed cell death default absence rescue signals mediated cytokines cell-cell contacts. Although determined circumstances can be induced starvation from IL-2, this lymphokine facilitate apoptosis. pretreatment renders susceptible receptor-induced perhaps dysregulated cycle influencing Fas/Fas-L signaling.
