摘要: With a resolution of 3 keV, the two lowest ${0}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ states in $^{208}\mathrm{Pb}$ are identified by measurements reaction $^{207}\mathrm{Pb}$$(d,p)$ with M\"unchen Q3D magnetic spectrograph region ${E}_{x}=5.2\text{\ensuremath{-}}5.7$ MeV where average level spacing is 6 keV. Precise relative spectroscopic factors determined. Matrix elements residual interaction among one-particle one-hole configurations two-level scheme derived for $^{208}\mathrm{Pb}$. The off-diagonal mixing strength determined as $110\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}10\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\text{(experimental)}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}15\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\text{(systematic)}$ Measurements $^{208}\mathrm{Pb}$$(p,{p}^{'})$ via isobaric analog resonances $^{209}\mathrm{Bi}$ support structure information obtained.
