摘要: Disclosed are compositions-of-matter comprising polymer-mediated cochleates, which formed from a calcium-free mixture of wide variety phospholipids that atypical for forming cochleates. Further disclosed these cochleates co-encapsulate another bioactive agent. The polymer mediating the formation exhibits plurality positively charged amino acid residues and omega-amino-fatty moieties, may further exhibit antimicrobial, anticancerous drug-potentiating activity. pharmaceutical compositions methods using herein, processes preparing same.
