摘要: A protection system for a micro electro-mechanical (MEMS) cross-bar switch (200) is described. Optical signals that are cross-connected by NxN optical matrix routed through alternative paths using elements (210, 220, 230). The 230) incorporated as part of the silicon wafer based fabricated structure forms matrix. enable to recover from one or more failures in have same path length original path.
