摘要: The positive-negative distinction of schizophrenia has emerged as a valid means clarifying its heterogeneity. Despite evidence that the two symptom classes may reflect different dimensions disease, there is presently no integrated model for understanding pathophysiology these symptoms and their co-occurrence in schizophrenia.
