摘要: We describe core-shell structured magnetic chitosan microspheres (Rho-MCS) that were modified with a rhodamine spirolactam fluorescent probe. They are shown to be viable probe for the determination of mercury ion, and its removal preconcentration. The characterized by FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis high-resolution digital images, these confirmed successful loading represent excellent bare-eye colorimetric turn on probes Hg(II) via mechanism based chelation-enhanced fluorescence. can quantified limit detection 15 nM. effects pH, temperature, contact time initial concentration adsorption also investigated. results indicate Rho-MCS possess high capacity (337 mg g−1) superb capability (up 97 %). A kinetic study shows described pseudo second-order equation, while isotherm fit Langmuir model. Hg(II)-loaded recycled addition ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). was maintained above 86 % after five consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles.
