摘要: AIM:To investigate the relationship between expression of TFF2 and H.pylori infection in human gastric precancerous lesions cancer, to explore role cancer. METHODS:The was immunohistochemically analyzed paraffin-embedded samples obtained by endoscopic biopsy subtotal gastractomy specimens from 119 patients including chronic superficial gastritis (CSG, 16), atrophic (CAG, intestinal metaplasia (IM, 35), epithelial dysplasia (GED, 23) cancer (CA, 25), conditions were detected means Warthin-Starry staining. RESULTS:TFF2 located cell plasma mucous neck cells. The expressions 100 %, 0%, 56 % 0% CSG, CAG, IM, GED CA, respectively. density positive cells higher CSG with than that without H. pylori (52.9±7.3 vs 46.5±13.0, P >0.05); but it significantly lower CAG (18.2±4.1 37.9±13.8, <0.01 14.4±9.3 24.8±10.2, <0.05). CONCLUSION:The high is associated protective mechanism after mucosal injury, low might attribute decreased number gland secreting TFF2; re-expression suggests involved initiation effect
