摘要: Renal dysfunction is common after liver transplantation. However, there are only limited data on the predictors and natural history of renal In this study, we determined independent in 172 consecutive transplant recipients. Survival time to development permanent (renal defined as a sustained decrease estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) > 30 mL/min/1.73 m2 from baseline for at least 6 months, severe failure absolute GFR 1.2 mg/dL any before transplantation 30mL/min/1.73 9 months predicted dysfunction. An <30mL/min/1.73 occurring early 3 failure. Severe was associated with significantly lower survival by Cox regression analysis. We have identified risk factors These observations may be useful nonnephrotoxic immunosuppressive regimens high-risk (Liver Transpl 2003;9:741-747.)
