摘要: Chronic active hepatitis presents an extremely variable clinical picture of poorly defined aetiology, with a spectrum disease pattern in which acute and chronic inflammatory processes co-exist. In the early stages it may resemble episode viral hepatitis; pursues relapse remission, duration each phase being unpredictable. some instances revert to inactive form, others there be rapid progression hepatic cirrhosis, while further cirrhosis evolves more slowly. these latter is that established cirrhosis. Many patients not present until this late stage, having been previously symptom free no history any earlier episode.
