摘要: Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) are polypeptides that control the proliferation and differentiation of various cell types including osteoblasts. FGFs also strong inducers angiogenesis, necessary to obtain oxygen nutrients during tissue repair. With aim incorporate these desirable FGF biological properties into bioceramics for bone repair, silicon substituted hydroxyapatites (Si-HA) were used as materials immobilize bioactive FGF-1 FGF-2. Thus, binding powdered Si-HA scaffolds was carried out efficiently in present study both maintained its activity on osteoblasts after immobilization. The improvement adhesion onto suggests potential utility FGF/scaffolds engineering.
