摘要: Background Recent healthcare policy has shifted the management of musculoskeletal conditions in UK away from secondary care towards Clinical Assessment and Treatment Services at primary-secondary interface. However, little is known about outcome patients with referred primary to or how best identify those high risk poor this setting. We describe protocol for a twelve-month prospective observational study which aims back pain services interface develop simple prognostic measures guide clinical prioritisation triage.
