摘要: Biomaterials are continually being designed that enable new methods for interacting dynamically with cell and tissues, in turn unlocking capabilities areas ranging from drug delivery to regenerative medicine. In this review, we explore some of the recent advances made regards programming biomaterials improved delivery, a focus on cancer infection. We begin by explaining several underlying concepts used design wave vehicles, followed examining materials systems able coordinate temporal multiple therapeutics, respond changing tissue environments, reprogram their bioactivity over time.
