摘要: MicroRNAs are key regulators of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) phenotypic switch, one the main events responsible for bare metal in-stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention. miR-125a-5p is an important modulator differentiation, proliferation, and migration in different cell types; however, its role VSMCs still unknown. The aim this study was to evaluate switch. Our results suggest that highly expressed VSMCs, but it down-regulated injury vivo. Its overexpression sufficient reduce proliferation migration, able promote expression selective markers such as alpha actin, myosin heavy chain 11, 22 alpha. Interestingly, directly targets ETS-1, a transcription factor implicated crucial PDGF-BB pathway VSMCs. Thus, context inhibits therefore potential regulator
