Probing the underlying charge ordering: Ruthenium-doped Sm1−xSrxMnO3 perovskite manganites

摘要: The effect of ruthenium doping upon the appearance metallicity and ferromagnetism in series Sm1−xSrxMnO3 is studied compared with that previously observed for Sm1−xCaxMnO3. It shown that, both cases, Ru efficient region where charge ordering exists at long or short range, TC increasing significantly level. In contrast, antiferromagnetic electron-rich (x>0.6), which does not show ordering, no obtained by doping, though TN decreased. concluded huge originates from its ability to hinder underlying orbital allowing double exchange be restored.
