摘要: Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm of the female pelvis and vulva, which has tendency for local recurrence. AA occasionally misdiagnosed as Bartholin’s gland cyst or abscess, lipoma, simple labial cyst, soft tissue tumors. We describe case on outside left labium majus pudendi in 28-year-old female. were able to make preoperative diagnosis by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) ultrasound (US), perform complete surgical excision with transperineal minimally invasive approach. The novelty this use diagnostic workup perineal tumor determination incision line.
