摘要: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare, benign but locally aggressive mesenchymal neoplasm. We report the sonographic findings in case of histologically proven bladder. Sonography revealed solid polypoid mass 2 cm diameter with sharply demarcated borders, heterogeneous echotexture, and slightly hyperechoic rim. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
