摘要: Aggressive angiomyxoma is an uncommon neoplasm which predominantly involves the pelvis and perineum of young White females. Misdiagnosis common. Treatment typically surgery, in spite apparently complete resection, recurrences are Local spread into adjacent fascia musculature frequently reported, rarely, extension intestine bladder. The first reported case pubic bone involvement, including its histology, radiologic features, operative management, discussed. Including this patient, 26 women with tumor have been literature reviewed, along 2 previously cases from University New Mexico Tumor Registry.
