摘要: Abstract Rising environmental concerns lead to use of lower temperatures and reduced water consumption in domestic dishwashing. The development new dishwashers with reservoir for reusage from the final rinse seeks reduce costs per cleaning cycle, but leads about hygienic conditions dishwashers, as presence stable communities microorganisms has been reported. This study investigates different types long-term effect process parameters on hygiene reservoirs.
