摘要: A comparison was made between dinner plates washed by hand and dried tea towel, in a dishwasher. The results indicate that during washing drying the total number of bacteria found on increased seven-fold. Mechanical dishwashing almost totally removed naturally occurring from plates; were also completely artificially contaminated with culture Escherichia coli.
