摘要: Seaweed biomass was estimated using a nondestructive sampling method in the rocky intertidal and subtidal zone Daejin on mid-east coast of Korea from August 2006 to April 2008. Seasonal were done at depth 0, 1, 5, 10 m 50 x cm quadrat. A total 95 species, including 11 chlorophytes, 26 phaeophytes, 57 rhodophytes one sea grass identified. Mean comprised 1,292 g wet wt values varied seasonally 904 1,945 g. Dominant species Sargassum spp. (S. horneri, S. yezoense), Corallina pilulifera, Phyllospadix japonica, Symphyocladia latiuscula, Hizikia fusiformis, Codium arabicum Chondrus ocellatus Daejin. The vertical distribution algae characterized by confusum, fusiformis Grateloupia elliptica zone, fulvellum, arabicum, Undaria pinnatifida pilulifera 1 depth, micracanthum, elliptica, Gelidium amansii 5 yezoense) depth.
