摘要: Abstract Purpose Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy is a common treatment-related adverse effect. It adversely affects the quality of life. Therefore, it important to evaluate symptoms. The purpose this study was validity and reliability Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy Assessment Tool in Turkish patients. Methods A convenience sample 327 patients, being treated with neurotoxic chemotherapeutic agents were asked fill questionnaire. data evaluated using SPSS 21 (SPSS Inc., Chicago IL, USA) statistical software. verification structure obtained CFA provided by AMOS 21.0. Psychometric testing included internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient item-total correlations), test-retest reliability, (exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory analysis concurrent validity). Results Cronbach value scale 0.97. results significantly high. CIPNAT correlated European Organization for Research Treatment Cancer Quality Life Questionnaire Neuropathy. model validated (χ2/sd = 2.74, GFI = 0.95, AGFI = 0.92, CFI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.07, RMR = 0.009). Conclusions version CINAT found be reliable valid patients receiving chemotherapy. Use may lead better understanding symptom. can used future nursing research practice as an assessment tool cancer who undergo
