摘要: The changes in 13C-NMR and 31P-NMR spectra 1H-NMR images soybean cotyledons during germination were investigated. Using 13C-NMR, fatty acid signals the form of triglycerides observed dry seeds, those approximately 18 days after start imbibition. Sucrose appeared at 16 hr disappeared 5 days.
